Please pay attention to the following points:
- Are the server address, username, and password filled in correctly?
- Currently, logging in as a Guest user without a password is not supported.
- What type of device is the SMB service on? NAS/Computer/Router? What is the specific model?
- Which SMB version is enabled on the SMB server configuration? SMB1/SMB2/SMB2.1/SMB3. Please note that SMB1 is currently not supported.
- The path or password may contain special characters; if so, please change it and try mounting again.
