Submitting Logs
Submitting device diagnostic logs can help us troubleshoot. Follow these steps to do so:
On Mac:
- Click on About VidHub in the menu bar -> Feedback Logs
On iPhone:
- Go to Settings -> About -> Feedback Logs
In case of a crash, follow these steps to send a crash report:
On Mac:
- Go to Launchpad -> Console -> select Crash Reports on the left -> find the crashed app -> right-click to display
On iPhone:
- Go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Analysis & Improvements -> Analytical Data -> find the crashed app
On Apple TV:
- Go to Settings -> General -> Privacy & Security -> Analytical Data -> find the crashed app
